NestSet has a talented team of in-house designers and guest curators who hand-pick our collection of accessories and then curate & style them to create exclusive decor sets, that you will not find anywhere else.
HOW DO I ARRANGE MY NESTSET ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
You will receive an email from us with instructions on how to set up your set once it arrives! You can also always refer to our Style Guide for tips and info from our favorite guest designers.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will be processed that day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST, or placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the morning of the next business day.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SET? WILL IT COME IN ONE BOX?
Your set should arrive approximately one week after of placing your order. Since we aim to provide you with the best pricing possible, we ship direct from many of our vendor warehouses around the country which means items may arrive in a few different boxes.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?
No. NestSet ALWAYS ships for free.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
Returns are easy with NestSet. Please refer to the "Easy Returns and Exchanges" section of our website.
CAN I SEND A NESTSET AS A GIFT?
Of course! NestSet sets and accessories make the perfect Housewarming, Wedding, Hostess or Just Because gift! Simply enter the recipients name and address in the shipping information section, and add a gift message. Not sure which style is their favorite? No problem - we also offer gift cards which gives them the flexibility to chose exactly what they like!
