If your not completely satisfied with your NestSet order, we’ll be happy to offer you a a refund postmarked within 30 days. (FOR SETS the 30 days begin on the day the last product in the set was delivered to you.). Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please complete and submit either the Product Return Form, and ship the unused, undamaged items in their original packaging to the address provided on the form. (Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.)
Once we receive your item(s) we will either credit your original for of payment for the purchase price, or ship you the replacement item(s) to you, free of shipping charges. For exchanges, simply return the item and purchase the replacement directly on our website. NestSet will process credits within 2-3 business days. Please note that some banks and credit card companies take longer to post to your account.
Refunds for Partial Sets. If you are returning an item purchased as part of a set, we will refund you the value of that item as determined by the SET PRICE.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package thoroughly. If you receive a damaged product, NestSet will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you. Simply fill out and submit the Damaged Product Form.
In the event that you observe significant damage to the product’s outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier "return to sender".
You may cancel your order within 24 hours. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team by phone and we will do our best to stop the order. However, if items have already left the warehouse, then our our standard return policy will apply.
Please note that certain products will require a restocking fee equal to 20% of the MSRP.
