- How do I pay for my order?
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- If I have a NestSet Trade account, do I have to pay sales tax?
- Trade account holders outside the state of Maryland will not be charged sales tax. If you are located in the state of Maryland, and do not hold a resale certificate, we are required to collect sales tax on your purchase. To request sales tax exemption for the state of Maryland, please submit a copy of your resale certificate together with your Trade Program Form, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of NestSet, LLC and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines.
- How will I know that I received my NestSet Trade discount?
- The discount will be reflected in your order confirmation.
- What is the NestSet Trade return policy?

- How do I track my order?
- When your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include tracking information.
